15th st is a great place for dumping. Every week, trash day or not, there's mattresses and clothing strewn all over the sidewalk. Don't need it? Throw it on the sidewalk. This photo is called New Shoes, Old Shoes

That block does often seem to be full of trash. I think it must be mostly rentals, with a relatively high turnover rate for tenants. Combine that with improper containers for their trash on trash day, and possibly also animals or people ripping the flimsy bags open...

Mostly young adults not trained at home. They think someone else is "suppose" to clean up after them. Landlord should conduct a training class.
