Q. Is the traffic signal flashing, stuck on a color, or black/off?
A. The red right turn arrow on West Boylston St that controls right turns onto Grove St is partially out; there is still some red showing when the light is red, but not that much, and the arrow shape is not obvious.
Q. At what intersection is the signal?
A. West Boylston St and Grove St
Q. Has there been an accident at this location?
A. None that I know of.
