Residents in this area have been experincing random hit and run accidents over the last seven years. This even more complicated due to the Humbolt bridge being out. We have all experinced cars being damaged as well as pedestrians being placed in danger due to high speeds from the corner of kane and warren to the corner in front of ceasers park. We recommend that speedbumps and flashing lights are installed since this issue is nearing a decade of not being resolved.
