Reported to Mike Dobbs Cottonade Association? Don't take this personally. The association never updated their covenants from the 60s..Cottonade use to be one of the elite neighborhoods in Fay.. I drove around last weekend to personally evaluate the neighborhood... Based on what I observed i.e. This property and many others , multiple cars parked on lawns with driveways unused., cars without plates with flat tires stored on properties, privately owned commercially used vehicles parked on properties, unkept lawns, Trash cans left at the street, and I could go on and on. Cottonade is another example of why living in Fay has become the last choice for many working on Ft Bragg and can be directly attributed to Fayetteville's failure to enforce the standards.

This property has been inspected and confirmed to be in violation. A notice letter has been sent to the property owner regarding the condition of the property. The inspector will continue to work with the property owner until the violation has been corrected.
