This issue should be redirected to the condo, as this is not town property. The town will forward to the Association, however I suggest that the reporter also contact the association.

I made e-mail contact with Dot Thomas with resource property management. She acknowledged my e-mail and said they would investigate the site in question.

Thank you for contacting the property mgmt company. While the 220 condo assn may be responsible for maintenance of the sidewalk in question, I would hope that Town of Belleair would monitor to insure that the severely damaged sidewalk is indeed addressed before a Belleair resident is injured. I am not an attorney, but my guess is that if someone is injured enough to seek damages, Belleair as well as the 220 condo association could be found culpable, given their prior knowledge.
