Still banging away at 7:30 Sunday night.

Our house has literally been shaking from the heavy equipment and bulldozers and this occurred all day on both Saturday and Sunday. Is this permissible?

You would hate living on my street. For the past 4 years, 4 houses have been bought, consecutively, by flippers. Each one took 1 full year to complete. So, in essence, we have had to ensure 48 straight months of banging, saws, and other assorted machinery not to mention the repair and/or construction trucks blocking the entire alley every day, including weekends. As a matter of fact, they did even MORE work on the weekends than they did during the week.

Friday night at 8:30 still banging away! Very stressful after a busy day at work. Isn't there some sort of noise ordinance that's being broken??

The City of St Petersburg periodically reviews past reports that are made from citizens within our city limits, and in an effort to clean-up old issues that were resolved some time ago, we are marking as 'closed' those issues that were submitted in the past for which the work has been completed or the issue has otherwise been resolved.
