Owner of 413 Ewing Drive, Joseph Hale, works for the City of Belmont. He will not stop dumping bikes, garbage, metal, air conditioning units, etc.. not to mention is allowing the weeds to grow over 6' tall in the neighborhood. The house and their yard is a complete mess. The City of Belmont requires their employees to uphold the rules regarding upkeep of your yard and outside of your home. The resident is now causing tenants to threaten leaving due to the mess. I need help, I've contacted the City of Belmont and the Gaston County Council, but still absolutely no luck. Please help, I own the property at 415 Ewing Drive which is a rental house that has a right of way across the property of 413 Ewing Drive.
