I jolted awake this morning at 3AM when i thought an airplane was landing right outside my window. There was no airplane, just these a-holes making even more noise than usual. This went on for several minutes. Since this happened on 2 other nights in the past week or so, I had downloaded a soundmeter app which let me know INSIDE MY HOUSE, SEVERAL HUNDRED FEET AWAY from the factory it was 79db. With daytime traffic on Fair Oaks it's around 50db for comparison. Also, City of Sunnyvale allows them to make 50db max at night. Let's see if this website works or I have to go bother City staff.
