Description

Red light no longer responds "immediately" to approaching Lakeside traffic when Oakmead is empty. 90 seconds spent watching no cross traffic is maddening. Eastbound Oakmead left turn light cuts off half the accumulated traffic even when no westbound traffic is present. PLEASE readjust to timing mode in use prior to street / sense-coil maintenance last month!
