Description
The man living in apartment 406 stands on the walkway in front of his apartment and urinates over the balcony. The urine splashes on the railings on the floors below and trips all the way down to the ground. He has been reported by several residents to the association management company who has done nothing about solving the problem other than hosing it down. The urine is creating a health hazard.

As per Code Ofc Alexii Nazario:
"For the See Click Fix at the above address regarding a “neighbor urinating on the walkway”. The address given is actually for Club Health in Century Village, not the resident address, which the complaint is addressing. The closest building to that address is Suffolk F, 1400 SW 137 Ave. That address was inspected and did not appear to have any code violations.
This complaint, if it has not been, would need to be forwarded to the Police Department.
From a Code standpoint we could address any nuisance issue regarding the “health hazard” aspect of it, however, we would need the appropriate address."
