I cannot believe that there is not a working traffic light at the intersections of Cass/Dunham in the two places where there are currently stop signs for traffic going east/west and north/south (this is adjacent to the horse farm at Dunham and Cass). The current situation of a four way stop is not working. For one thing, today's drivers do not seem to know how to navigate a four way stop and most importantly, do not have the courtesy and skill it takes to do so. That is a very heavily traveled route for those who live in surrounding housing developments. For the 30+ years my parent/sister has lived there, nothing has changed. Only that drivers are ruder, do not know how to navigate four way stop, etc. PLEASE consider a light at those two intersections to manage a very bad traffic situation.
