Not good it really looks bad

The pile has grown. I can smell their house every time I go outside. They wait till 1 or 2am every night to start loudly crushing their beer cans right outside my bedroom window. They also feed and attract stray cats which fight and scream all night. I constantly hear violent screaming and loud arguments coming from their house. They have made it impossible to sleep at night. Impossible to enjoy my home, and yard. Please, at least get them to clean up their yard.

I've given up all hope. The mess continues to grow. They continue to be loud and disruptive all through the night. Banging and crushing scrap metal, while always finding a reason to scream at each other. It's not right that one bad home gets to ruin an entire neighborhood.

I really can understand your problem because our neighbor has a big dog barking all night and the animal control just say they can't do anything unless all other neighbors are complaining as well. Have you reported to City of Largo as well?

That's awful. We stopped using our patio and back yard due to the never ending barking from neighboring dogs, and the eyesore they call a yard. As far as the mess goes, I've reported it to every department I can think of. From what I can tell, nothing has been done to address the issue. Every week he adds to his collection of trash, which is still spilling into my yard. Unfortunately our bedroom is on the side of the house facing their home, so when he decides to crush cans for an hour at 2am, we are unable to get any sleep. We are now forced to sleep in another room of our home, just to put more distance between us and the noise. Which means I pay for a yard and rooms that my neighbors have completely ruined for our family. I would clean it myself if I was allowed, however this city thinks it's okay to let drunks and junkies determine the values of its neighborhoods.

If you look closely, you can actually see a big turtle stuck between the fence and their trash. That turtle bites at the fence all day long trying to get out. It's almost as annoying as it is sad. Once again, I would do something about this myself if I were allowed to.
