Please shovel the driveway, balcony, and walkways for my 78 yr old aunt who is handicap (wears a brace) and suffers from post polio. She owns a dog and has a red 4 door Chevy cavalier. To add, my Aunt is afraid that her balcony will collapse and damage her car due to the heavy snow. I've attached a picture -- you can see the car -- the balcony is attached to side of the house.
