Club 1 South has huge party nights and the litter in the City lots and on City streets is unacceptable the next day. No one cleans it up and it gets scattered about over the next days and attracts nuisance animals and is unhelpful to surrounding businesses. Can you pls get the owner to clean up the next morning or have him pay the City to do it?
