Temporary fix was applied. Not American standard but third world repair level !!!!
Still No ground wire connected. Sorry FPL but you can (must) do better.

It looks like a Third World Repair not what you expect in the US.
FPL (or Bell SOUTH owner of the post) must do a better job.
This has gone on for more than 10 years. I have complained to both FPL and BELL SOUTH since 2005. It is about time to get a REAL FIX. I can pay for the post if I have to. PLEASE FIX FOR REAL.

Celebrating 181 days on July 22nd 2016. Temporary band aid was applied. Still no permanent fix.
