Description
3409-3413 Cresson Street has a private parking lot. This is a VERY narrow street and there is no parking on either side of the driveway. However the markings have faded away and there is no signage, so people consistently park too close to the driveway making exiting the lot nearly impossible. The neighbors have even had to have cars towed just to exit.

I know right where you are talking about, I live on the other side of the railroad from the apartments. I'm glad I now know the address for those apartments. What are they called? I'll bet is really hard to get out of the lot when all the trash cans and recycle buckets are piled by the curb. Good for you, having people towed! I'll bet they paid attention to that.
Did you call 311 about the problem? If you do, be sure to write down the ticket number and follow up. It takes time but I have had several problems straightened out by a 311 operator.
Good luck.

The buildings don't have a specific name that I am aware of and I have lived here for 2 years. The trashcans usually aren't too bad in the morning because its an employee of the landlord that puts them out there so he's obviously aware of how difficult it can be to get around them, but once the trashmen have had their way with them then they are all over the street.
Surprisingly the towing stops repeat offenders but not the problem itself.
I am unfamiliar with 311. I'll look into that as an option. Thanks for the suggestion!
