The street is quite damaged on Sabine street, just north of Spring street. In addition to this street damage, there is significant curb damage including rod iron poles sticking out of the curb and protruding into the street. It should be noted that these poles are merely a couple of feet from the Heights Hike and Bike Trail and a child could be in contact within seconds of straying from the trail.
