The right lane on westbound Lake Street is closed as it approaches the new development at Thomas Ave. But instead of using cones to gently merge traffic ahead of the closure, there is just a "no entry" barrier for cars traveling 40 mph to barrel into, without warning. Really really unsafe!!!!!!!!!!
