There are tall weeds and grass all over the yards and driveway. The house was sold and noone have done anything. Weeds have taken over flowerbed, driveway, everything. Neighbors cut it few times, now the city needs to do something. We have called the city several times and complained but still nothing is being done. Mona cou;ld you come and look at it. Noone listening to the residents. Also is it legal for residents to have chickens and rooster crowing? There are some hispanics in 400 block of Second right off Joslyn with chicken and rooster. My sister live close by and rooster crows all the time? City needs to take them away also. Calls been made about them. You can see from the street.
