Numerous pot holes and terrible signage to alert customers the parking lot is not part of the same parking lot in front. The towing company will wait for people to park and will put a boot on vehicles and tow, even when there is no one in the lot. The towing company used is United Towing and there are numerous complaints filed against them. The guys that work the towing company are thugs and can be extremely difficult to work with.
