Description

Where North Radner Way joins New Leesville Blvd there are three small water pipe type access pipes in road with covers on them. After the road was recently resurfaced the contractor cut an approx 1 foot square hole around each grid then filled it in with loose tarmac/gravel.
It wasn't great right after it was done but since then the filling has all but washed away from one of the holes and is badly missing in the other two leaving bad holes in the road.
In addition, the cap on one of the access pipes is now broken off leaving the sharp edge of the pipe sticking up where it can nicely shred the tire of any vehicle that passes over it.
