Description
The road has a very large section of asphalt that seems inflated and is impossible to see when heading west on Guelph. But as soon as you pass it, the car falls off a sudden 2-3" drop and hits the undercarriage on the ground. Just past the crossing of McMurray.

As someone who drives on this thing almost every single day I can say that this is completely wrong; this is not seasonal. It's there all year, and just gets worse in the winter. The underside of my car gets hit by this thing regardless of what month we're in, so by postponing this you're just causing more damage to people's vehicles. You should seriously consider not marking this ticket as closed and actually getting someone to fix this thing.
It's also sad to see how little regard the city has for its citizen's property. I consider you causing damage to our cars because you downplay and neglect an issue to definitely be of a "serious nature".

Thank you for your comments, please be advised that the Public Works Department has sent your comments over to the Engineering Department for further review as road resurfacing would be decided through that department.

This has gone on for years. Will it ever be addressed or just continue to be shunted from dept. to dept.?
Sincerely,
