Description

There is a group of three White adults (+50) living in the van and motorhome, two men and one woman. They have been parked in front of the church for the last 10 days, in violation of parking laws. The woman doesn't act normal (tweaker?) and dresses like she is 15. The church is now a construction zone and the van and motorhome have to be moved.
