I went for a drive along Skyline yesterday with my kids. We started in Proctor and I can't believe how bad the road is! It is just patched together with a few sink holes thrown in. The scenic overlook at 40th Ave. West was littered with garbage! This drive has long been one of my favorites and it was just frustrating to see it in that condition. The only area that had a perfect stretch of road was right by Enger Golf Course. Duluth has really become a tourist destination and Skyline, one of our greatest treasures, should be kept in better shape!
