Trash, bulk items and even recycling has been piling up behind 26 boston st for at least a month. I'm a neighbor and I'm forced to look at this and I'm concerned about rodents. I have gone as far to speak with the owner and she basically told me to mind my own business. Maybe I should but I live in this neighborhood, she doesn't. She is an absentee landlord at best but if the inside matches the outside then she might fit the bill of a slum lord .
