Description

There is a large construction waste container positioned in the road near 901 E Martin St that is blocking the line of sight from the intersection of Freeman St and E Martin St. You cannot see oncoming cars traveling west on E Martin St from this intersection. It is very dangerous to go through this intersection or make a turn at at the intersection from Freeman St.
