Tripping hazard - Four small pieces of metal sticking an inch up out of the sidewalk.

In front of 5137 Trumbull Ave, between Warren and the Ford Expressway (I-94), there are four small pieces of metal, perhaps screws, sticking straight up out of the sidewalk. They are approx an inch tall.

Because the color of the screws, or whatever they are, is gray/silver like the sidewalk, they are difficult to notice. Look at the middle picture in the attached from Google Maps. You can barely see them until they are pointed out in the third picture.

Neighbors have tripped on them. They are an invitation to injury.

We have tried to locate the owner. However, the owner is listed as "There Goes The Neighborhood, LLC." When we try to look up that corporation, we cannot find anything listed with as a Michigan corporation or assumed name here http://www.dleg.state.mi.us/bcs_corp/sr_corp.asp

There are numerous states in which that entity is listed as a corporation, but not Michigan. We have no idea which one, if any, might be the owner of 5137 Trumbull. Rumor has it that the owner is also the manager of the Shinola factory / plant. I do not know.

I do not want any punitive action taken. I just want the owner to be notified so he can fix it. Can you help locate the owner?
