This is an everyday occurrence. The only thing that these tenants might understand is a fine. When are you going to start fining them? We have even spoken to them about it and they just looked back at us like we were idiots.

I completely agree with the above comment! I'm glad I'm not the only person who notices this! I could post on here daily about them dumping al this trash, etc, out their back door. The minute code enforcement comes by they clean it up, then begin throwing it out again.....immediately! The local vagrants and drug users that frequent this alley way, seem to be kicking these boxes all over the place, which is just one more reason this should be stopped!
