Per the Chief of Zoning Enforcement a Notice of Violation(NOV) has been mailed to the property owner.

Per Chief of Zoning Enforcement: We were out there about a week ago and yes, in addition to the mess they already had they now have bulldozers, etc. The owners advised us that they purchased property in West Virginia and will be relocating all of this to that property during the next several months. We will go back out every couple of weeks to see if it’s getting better. If it’s not, we will have no choice but to start legal proceedings.

Since March 8th, has there been follow-up, have they complied? I know the answer about whether or not they have complied...it's NO! Would be happy to post more photos, but your web-site will only allow 1 image/comment.

As of the inspection in October by the Zoning Enforcement Office the property owner had complied with the Judges order. Is there a new issue?
