8/22/2012 Thank you so much for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government. For this unique request, Roadway Management Team has decided to pull together a special force to perform maintenance on the broken fencing in the City right of way medians at Wilmington, Confederate, and Palmyra. They should be coming through in the near future to execute this maintenance accordingly
