hedge that runs along side of house, blocks view of traffic from the south. branches hanging on wires, branches piled up in byard for months...overgrown weeds in front. rest of neighborhood is well taken care of....hedge needs to be taken down...it is also overgrown with weeds. resident will cut a square at the end for traffic which just grows back
