I have seen their residents at 120 Wooster on 3 occasions dumping their trash in baskets at Russo park near the liquor store! I actually followed one person and astonishingly he bypassed a long trash contractor receptacle in his own parking lot and crossed over to the park. He made two trips that night and went as far as Wooster park because I was sitting right near the basket near the liquor store. There should be NO baskets anywhere. People have their own dumpsters, etc, to discard their waste. The City averages one collection per week with these public baskets filled with EVERYTHING including pizza boxes that people should be bringing home with them not dropping them on the ground when these baskets are full.
