Description

The traffic light at Bentley and Westside has a vehicle sensor on Bentley Ave which often fails to sense cars waiting on Bentley, which leads to very long red light times (unless a pedestrian pushes the "cross" button) with long traffic backups on Bentley and frustrated drivers blowing their horns. The controller also seems to lose track of the process for cross-Bentley pedestrian traffic, going from "walk" to flashing "don't walk" and then back to "walk", when it should continue from flashing "don't walk" on to continuous "don't walk". This has been going on for some time and is getting worse.
