Description

The city-owned lot at Firth and Gaul St.s hasn't been mowed in about 2 months. It's completely overgrown and it's starting to get used as a dumping ground. I pulled several bags of trash and a destroyed suitcase out of it a few days ago. Today it has broken furniture and a used cat box in it. I pulled the cat box out but the furniture is too big for me to remove. The lot was being maintained until recently and now it's an overgrown nuisance. I'd mow it myself but since I don't have a yard I don't own a mower.
