Description
Sight line looking from 62nd St S toward the west down 5th Ave is severely limited due to cars parked on 5th Ave near the intersection. One solution would be to change the intersection to a 4-way stop. A different solution would be to add "No Parking To Corner" signs on 5th Ave S.

Principal difficulty is when at stop sign facing north on 63nt St S. To turn west or to continue north requires the driver to venture into the intersection to check for oncoming traffic from the west.
Cars parked on the south side of 5th Ave block a clear wiew down 5th Ave S.
