  Residents are asked to kindly shovel their sidewalks. There is however a state law that holds the homeowner responsible if anything should happen to a pedestrian walking on a sidewalk that is not shoveled. Businesses are required to do so and can be subject to a fine.

  Well ,doesn't that suck. There needs to be a change., if a pedestrian takes the time to report a dangerous issue and provides evidence , something should be done! A letter, a call, anything???
