Description

Sheppard St. is a major route between Richmond, Adelaide and Temperance. It's signed for no-parking anytime but it's NEVER ENFORCED. I even saw an unoccupied parking authority car parked there last week! So it's reduced to one lane for 2 way traffic, especially in the morning. Please send the parking police and a tow truck for a week to clean it up.
