说明
Blue Nishiki brand bicycle has been chained to the one way sign on Bradley near the corner of Orange for at least 3 months. The chain is rusted, as well as parts of the frame. To help in IDin the bike: the handlebars are covered in white plastic grocery bags. Let's remove this abandoned bicycle before it gives new residents to New Haven the idea that it is legal/appropriate to use street signs as bicycle racks.

it actually IS legal/appropriate to use street posts as bicycle racks.
the number of bikes in this city FAR outweighs the number of racks.
