Driveway construction at 1644 Hawthorne has resulted in two driveways separated by less than the required 20 feet. Further, typical usage by residents interferes with normal usage of street right-of-way with sidewalk frequently blocked with cars parked across both driveways. Driveway work done without permits (see 311 Service Request #95297). Also see attached photos as documentation.
