Marjorie - I'm so sorry that this is happening. The students should not litter and need to respect the neighborhood and their neighbors. For the well being of the neighborhood as a whole, the city needs do its job and not allow developers to keep containers on city owned lots without maintaining the lot. I called last Spring to get the graffiti removed from the container and now I see it is painted over in gray (which is better than before). If you see the vacant lots with trash all over it pls call (215) 686-8686 and report that lots 1702, 1704, 1706, 1708, 1710 all on West Norris St. need to be cleaned up.
