When the town replaced the water mains, they dug up a section of the concrete sidewalk in front of my house. They filled it in "temporarily" with hot top, with the understanding it would be poured with concrete a week later. Well that was over 2 years and several phone calls ago! It looks ridiculous and is a tripping hazard! Stop with the excuses and follow through with what the contract calls for!
