Description

From my residence near Redwood Pkwy / Skyline, 24/hrs a day I can hear a very high pitched noise that reminds me of the "mosquito" noise devices commonly used in parks to deter use during closed periods. These noises are usually on a schedule and should not be heard by adults. I can hear it all day and I can't stand having my windows open.

Please help locate and put an end to this persistent annoyance.
