Descripción

Several houses appear to be unregistered rentals....revolving door of people in and out of houses. Properties not bring maintained and illegal activity takes place.

I know for a fact that 435 is an unregistered rental because the guy whose name is on the property moved out more than 10 years ago now. They have about six cars coming and going out of that place.

Their record now has a rental certificate marked "hold" with no further information. Not sure if this is progress or not.
