Description

Longstanding issue..appears homeless have been living along the creek bed, Huge amounts of garbage, clothing, etc strewn. all along the creekbed, in a bit from the street!! Garbage extends up to first entrance for vehicle parking to Discovery World. What a sight for those visiting Vallejo!! Nothing but filth!! How can anyone with good vision miss this horrific mess!
