Description

More than 10 months and the street light had yet to be replaced. part of Lead/Coal construction and not a PNM issue! This has been reported before with no resolution. The APD doesn't care about the stolen wire and sends me here and 311 sends my to PNM who sends me to 311. The 2100 block of coal Ave SE has a single working street light.
