There is a large tree in their back yard that is dead and cracked near the base of the tree. This tree is very dangerous. Part of the tree is touching our house. We had a tree company come look at it and he said it was dead and needed to be removed immediately. He said it will fall especially if we get heavy wind or when the soil gets very moist.

I called the City Assessors office and got the name & address of the company that owns the house. I sent them a letter regarding this issue. My husband also spoke with the babysitter for the people who live at this address. He left his name & number and asked for the land lord's information so we can contact them. So far, we have not heard from anyone at this residence. Please contact the owners to take care of this issue before the tree falls on their house or my house. Thank You!
