Description

The intersection of Crapps Ave & Chavis St. floods to the point that I cannot get out of my driveway! I have to clean out the storm drains myself because the city obviously never does. I believe that building a curb, or even just an upturn on the edge of the asphalt (like there is everywhere else in the neighborhood) would help prevent much of the debris that washes into the street clogging the drains.
