Hey neighbors, look where the county has "acknowledged" many complaints right after mine first came in, but interestingly, these two SAFETY issues have not been addressed, nor have they been for months and months and months.... Let's hope they're busy trying to set up contractors to clean things up...by Friday.

From PInellas County Mosquito Control: The request is entered and will be inspected today. Request # is 31190. 082412

Once again, mosquito control does a great job, with what they are allowed. HOWEVER, the answer from mosquito control is that nothing more can be done. AND CODE ENFORCEMENT IS AWFUL QUIET... SO, IN ESSENCE, NO ONE WILL REMOVE THE DANG SWIMMING POOL! OR THE OPEN SEPTIC TANK!!

DOES ANYONE THINK FOR ONE SECOND THAT DID THESE CONDITIONS EXIST ANYWHERE NEAR OUR PINELLAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS HOUSES OR FRIEND'S HOUSES THAT THIS WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN IMMEDIATELY FIXED? BUT THAT'S OKAY. THIS WILL VERY SOON DRAW ATTENTION TO THE BIGGER STORY HERE - THAT PINELLAS COUNTY "GOVERNMENT" IS AS CORRUPT AS IT GETS. CHECK OUT "SAVE PINELLAS" ON FACEBOOK.
