Investigator 279 was dispatched via 311 complaint of construction without a permit. Upon arriving at residence, investigator 279 noticed new risers/steps and handrails leading to the porch on both sides. Posted 1st Notice to obtain all necessary permits for un-permitted work. Follow up scheduled.
