Description

The street walkers were out in force this morning at Chapel-Derby at Winthrop. I drove by around 8:30 a.m. and they were flagging down cars.

Yeah, and the drug dealing is kicking up again on Winthrop. What happened to the beat cops that used to hang out on our corner? When they showed up, things got a lot better. Now that they're gone, the crime is back.
